Call Mike for Reservations 217-855-6549 At Springfield - 8th grade Honeybears (10 - 8) held onto to win against Spring- field Christian 31 - 28. Isabella Wade led the Honeybears with 10 points. Olivia Cooper made 5 points and Elaine Aylesworth made 4 points. Reagan Kirk, Makayla Stewart, Leah Beckers, and Maddie Rob- erts each made a basket. 7th grade Honeybears (5 - 13) were only down 24 - 16 heading into halftim against Springfield Christian, how- ever, SCS came out in the second half and outscored the Honeybears 21 - 8 and went onto win 45 - 24. Katelyn Eskew led the 7th grade team with 8 points and Cassidy Clark added 4 points. Alexia Davis and Clarissa Turner each scored 3 points. Chloe Olson, Alanea Cyrulik, and Alexis Wade each made a basket. 6th grade Honeybears (6 - 3) were only down 31 - 30 with under 12 seconds to play, but SCS stole the ball and held onto win. Clarissa Turner scored 7 points and Hailee Daigh scored 6 points. Alexis Wade, Je'Na Rentmeister, Cassidy Clark, and Kaylee Wilham each scored 4 points apiece. 7th and 8th grade Honey- bears traveled to Warrens- burg-Latham to take on the Cardinals. 8th grade Honeybears were only down 3with under 30 seconds to play, however, the Cardinals out rebounded the Honeybears down the stretch and made a few more free throws as they went onto win 25 - 20. Maddie Roberts scored 3 points. 7th grade Honeybears were tied with the Cardinals as they went into halftime, how- ever, the Cardinals defense came out on a missions and only gave up 5 second half points as they went onto win 24- 11. Chloe Olson scored 4 po'mts and Alexis Wade scored 3 po'mts. Anna Schoth and Katelyn Eskew each scored a basket, At Bement - 7th and 8th Honeybears traveled to Bement for the final regular season game. 8th grade Honeybears (12 - 8) won their game 27 - 16. Isabella Wade led all scor- ers with 9 points. Olivia Cooper made 6 points and Makayla Stewart made 4 points. Leah Beckers, Elaine Aylesworth, Maddie Roberts, and Emma Ayles- worth each made a basket. 7th grade Honeybears (7 - 13) were only up 6 - 5 after the first quarter, but then they went on a 28 - 3 run and won the game 34 - 8. Alexis Wade led all scor- ers with 11 points. Chloe Olson scored 8 points and Alexia Davis scored 6 points. Anna Schoth made 3 points. Xzandria .Turner, Hailee Daigh, and Katelyn Eskew each made a basket. At Macon - 5th seeded 7th grade Honeybears were tied with the 4th seeded Central A & M Raiders 17 - 17 going into the third quarter, how- ever, the Honeybears were outscored 10 - 6 in the 4th quarter and lost 27 - 23. Alexis Wade led the 7th grade Honeybears with 10 points. Chloe Olson and Alexia Davis each scored 4 points apiece. Anna Schoth and Katelyn Eskew each scored a basket and Cassidy Clark added a free throw. 7th grade Honeybears fin- ished their season at 7 - 14. Members of the 7th grade Honeybear Regional squad were: Alexis Wade, Chloe Olson, Alexia Davis, Anna Schoth, Anna Lowe, Xzan- dria Tumer, Alanea Cyrulik, Grace Rehder, Hailee Daigh, Clarissa Turner, Emma Buenrostro-Cyrulik, Katelyn Eskew; Cassidy Clark, Cas- sidy Hayes, and Je'Na Rent- meister. Honeybears are coached by Jamie Anderson and Shel- ley Daigh.
