A short meeting followed lunch and, needless to say; some time was spent in visiting and enjoying a "gab" session. Patsy Garlits and Sandra Ohler were co-hostesses and furnished cute place settings of ceramic pump- kins for each member. The October 18 luncheon- meeting will be co-hosted by Linda Dierker and Pat Strau- mann. Hopefully, mother nature will be working her magic and turning leaves vivid Fall colors to highlight the pleas- ant drive to Salisbury, where we'll meet at 12:30Pm and dine in the quaint surroundings of the Morningstar Mercantile and Cafe. Pulaski removes landscape waste placed between the sidewalk and the edge of the street. If the weather is bad we will pickup on the next day with good weather, Guidelines." Have landscape waste ready by 7 am. Bag all small debris. Place material within 6' of edge of pavement, not in street or on sidewalks. Do not remove entire trees from your private property and place them for City pick up.
