Pulaski Town- ship High School, West Cooke and South Spring Streets, Mr. Pulaski, Illinois, and at the American Le, glen Hall, Chestnut, Illinois, in and for Mr. Pulaski Township High School District No. 28 of Lo. gan, Sangamon, Macon and De- Witt Counties, Illinois, for the purpose of voting upon the fol- lowing proposition: Shall the Board of Education of Mr. Pulaski Township High School District No. 28, of Logan, Sangamon, Macon and DeWitt Counties, Illinois, construct a new Addition to the existing Mr. Pulaski Township High School Building in and for said School District on the present Mr. Pul- aski Township High School Building site now owned and used by said School District for school purposes and on the adjoining school site hereto- fore acquired by said School District, and issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $496,000 for the aforesaid purpose, said bonds to be of the denomination of $1000 each, and bear interest at the rate of not to exceed four per cent (4) per annum, payable semi-an- nually, and become due and payable $15,000 on December 1, 1962; $26,000 on December 1, 1963; $30,000 on December 1 of each of the years 1964 to 1967, inclusive; $35,0OO on December I of each of the years 1968 to 1972, inclusive; and $40,000 on December 1 of each of the years 1973 to 1976, inclusive?
