Tickets: Adults $8, Child (6-10yoa) $5, Kids 5yoa and under free hotdog meal. Pur- chase Advance tickets from any scout or at the door. Carry-outs available Meal includes: Grilled Pork Chop Sand- wich, Baked.Beans, Applesauce, Potato Chips, Drink and Dessert. Road Trip Saturday December 2 The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round as the people leave the town. The ladies at Salt Creek Attic and Cairn Creek Caf are sponsoring a Christmas bus trip to the historic village of Kimmswick, Missouri Saturday, December 2. The bus will leave from the square promptly at 7:36am and retum at 7:60pm. The historic village and surrounding area on the Mississippi has a population of about 200 people. During many festivals, crowds of thousands descend on the community for such events as Witches' Night Out, Straw- berry Festival, Apple Butter Festival or Christ- mas Festival and Cookie Walk. We will he arriving during the Christmas Festival and the town will be beautifully dec- orated. There are 33 little homes that have shops and 7 restaurants. The price of the bus trip is $40 per person. Meals are not included in the price but snacks will be provided. There will be no meal stop on the way to Kimrns- wick or on the return trip home. We are due to arrive home at 7Pm and perhaps you would enjoy dinner at our local restaurants. During this time, there is a special "Cookie Walk" occurring. Each business will offer a small bag of homemade cookies that you will collect when you enter their shops and a cookbook, featuring recipes for all the bags of cookies. If you wish to include this option, we would be happy to secure your ticket ($25) which will be payable at the same time as your bus reservation fee of $40.06. All reservations must he made by Octo- ber 15 with checks payable to Salt Creek Attic (792-5117) or Calm Creek Caf~ (792-5661). Only 50 reservations will be accepted, so talk to your friends and call for your reservations. A great time be had by all. Refunds After October 15, 2017.
