Pulaski residence in 200 block of North Spring St. For some reason, someone damaged a section of heat- ing ductwork that heated the upstairs and the basement. Once damage to the ductwork was completed, the pipes frOze, burst, and dumped 2.5' of water into the basement. The water damaged the furnace and circuit board. No sus- pects. No arrests. Chief Freer took the. report. Drive by the Chief without a front license plate and he'll just have to ask you.., why? The driver was suspended. He said he attempted to resolve the license problem. But apparently was unsuccessful. He had also been likewise unsuccessful in Sangamon County. Arrested and to j.ail on his second driving suspended arrest.
