Burial was in Steenbergen Cemetery. Her Father - Cletus and Brother -William pre- ceded her in death. Mrs. Fulscher was a Bank Teller at The Farmer's Bank in Mt. Pulaski for 18 years. She was born July 29, i949 in Lincoln the Daughter of Cletus and Anna M. Stach French. She mar- ried Richard Fulscher on June 28, 197o in Lincoln. Survivors Include - Husband - Richard Fulscher of Mt. Pulaski; Daughter - Stacey (Jerry) Schmidt of Mt. Pulaski; Son - Steve Fulscher of Mt. Pulaski; Mother - Anna French of Decatur; Sisters - Bonnie (Michael) Tish of Decatur and Betty Deverman of Bloom- ington; Sister-in-Law - Carolyn Jo Fulscher of Mt. Pulaski; and Half Sister - Gayle Lessen of Lincoln. Mrs. Fulscher was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Mt. Pulaski. Memorials: American Cancer Soci- ety or St. John's Lutheran Church, Mt. Pulaski died August 5, 2OlO at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield at u:a5Pm. Memorial Services were held Monday, August 8 at F'ricke - Cal- vert -Schrader Funeral Home, Mt. Pulaski. Rev. Glenn Stroschein officiated. His Paternal Grandmother - Olivia Polk and Maternal Grandparents - Carl and Olive Goodman preceded him in death. Mr. Polk was a Carpenter and he also assisted his father in the real estate business. He was born Octo- ber 20, 1974 in Springfield the son of Thomas E. and Mar- jorie Goodman Polk, Jr. He married Angela Davis in Elkhart. Survivors Include - Daughter - Ashley Polk of Beason; Par- ents - Thomas E. and Marjorie Polk, Jr. of Mt. Pulaski; Sister - Chris- tina Polk of Mt. Pulaski; Grandfather - Thomas E. Polk, Sr. of Mt, Pulaski; and Nephew - Austin Waldrop and Niece - Olivia Watdrop both of Mt. Pulaski. Mr. Polk was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of Mt. Pulaski. Mr. Polk was a graduate of Mt. Pulaski High School. Memorials: To the Polk Family. David Michael Cyrulik, 26, of Mr. Pulaski died as a result of an automobile accident on August 1, 2010 at 3:16Am. Funeral Services were Thursday, August 5 at Fricke Calvert - Schrader Funeral Home, Mt. Pulaski. Rev. Jeffrey Liable offici- ated. Burial was in Mt. Pulaski Cemetery. His Paternal Grandmother - Rosalie Cyrulik and Maternal Grandmother - Beverly Evans, and Uncle = Dennis Vogel preceded him in death. Mr. Cyrulik was an Excavator for Coogan's Excavating. Mr. Cyrulik was born October 15, 1983 in Springfield the Son of Michael and Cindy Hullinger Cyru- lik. Survivors Include - Daughter - Alanea Michelle Cyrulik of Chestnut; Parents - Michael and Cindy Cyrulik of Mt. Pulaski; Sister -Kristy Cyru- lik of Chestnut; Niece - Alexis Leigh Jordan of Chestnut; Paternal Grandfather - Gayle Cyrulik of Mt. Pulaskii and Maternal Grand- father - Delbert Hull inger of Mt. Pulaski. Mr. Cyrulik was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church of Mt. Pulaski, David was a loving Father, Son, and Uncle. He will be missed by many. Funeral Services were Tuesday, August 17 at Zion Lutheran Church, Chestnut. Rev. Joel Diet- rich officiated. Burial was in Mt. Pulaski Cemetery. His Parents - Clarence and Harriet Von Thun Winkelmann and a Step-Brother pre- ceded him in death. Mr. Winkelmann worked as an assembly line man for VEGA Enterprise in Harristown for 21 years and he was a Farmer. He was born March 24, 1951 in Chestnut the son of Clarence and Harriet Von Winkelmann. Surivors Include Daughters - Michelle of Lincoln, Winkelmann of and Kimberly of Mr. Son - Robert of Mt. Step-Father - Buckley of Chestnut; Grandchildren hna )ne Great-Grandchild. Mr. Winkelmann was a of Chestnut Zion Church. He was a member of H, Chestnut Men's Club, a Chestnut Volunteer Fireman.
