Springfield Bulldogs 4th in CABA World Series The Springfield Bulldogs 1 lu baseball travel team took fourth place in the CABA World Series. The Bulldogs end the season with a record of 5 !-18. Audrey Maske attended the State FFA Conven- tion in Springfield. She and Rachel Allen pre- sented a project in the Science Fair competition. Their project detailed how Lorsban insecticide affects triple stack GMO corn. They received top ratings and will present this project for competition at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis in the fall. Audrey is the daughter of Bill and Barbara "lMaske, and Rachel is the daughter of Ralph and Lori Allen. Both girls hold local FFA offices for the 2011-2012 school year; Audrey is the president and Rachel is the secretary. Mary Hamilton had asked that improvements be made where the buses park to Unload and load the little ones at Mt. Pulaski Grade School. Well Mary, you got your wish. New sidewalks are lining the street and there are no impediments.
