Eugene Letterly married Frances Maske August 9, 1952. Wedding vows were exchanged in the Mt. Pulaski Zion Lutheran Church Parsonage. Eugene's twin sister Emagene Gieske and Robert.Maske stood up with the couple. Eugene and Frances are the parents of Robert of Lincoln and Gary, Roger, and Jerry- all of Latham. There are grandparents to seven grandsons, a granddaughter, two step-granddaugh- ters and great-grandparents to six great- grandchildren. The driver said the branch couldhave come through her windshield. The driver of the pickup admitted he could have stopped, but didn't. He could have, but Chief Lynn Freer didn't issue any tickets. He did prepare a report. OThree adults told Chief Lynn Freer that the subject hadn't been seen. Things changed when a child inno- cently informed the chief the subject was in fact in the house. Score one for the honesty of kids. Subject was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
