She loved crafts, traveling, watch- hag golf, tennis, the Chicago Cubs . and spending time with her grand- children. Pulasld, died early Monday morning July 8, 2013. at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister and a son-in-law.. Lois was born in Sangamon County December 5, 1934, daugh- ter of Harry and Marie Huffman Mason. She mamed William Albert Duhs March 5, 1954 in Springfield. He preceded her in death March 6, 2010. Survivors are her daughter Viekie(Jack) Leini- nger of Springfield; brother Billy Joe (Jean) Mason-of Mt. Pulaski; sister Jenny Sams of Decatur; and several nieces and nephews. Lois was a homemaker and a Donald Beekers, 86, of Mt. Pulaski, formerly of Washington, IL, died at 8:25prn July 8, 2013 at Vonderlieth Living Center. Donald was born January 1, 1927 in Mr. Pulaski, son of George E and Hazel B. Potter Beckers. Donaldserved his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He retired from Caterpillar following 37 years of service as a research project coordinator. Donald was a member of the Mr. Pulaski Meth- odist Church. Donald is survived by his sis- ters- Hazel J (Ralph) Raber of Mt. Carmel; Joan (John) Stably of Bloomington; seven nieces and Wanted - Gardeners With Excess Vegetable Mt. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Roy Beckers, and his beloved dog "Tubby". Services for Donald were Friday, July 12 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mt. Pulaski.
