Officers installed were as fol- lows: Earl Holmes, Commander Elmer Meister, Sr., Quarter Master Glover Matthews, Adjutant Elmer Schaffenacker, Junior Comander Ellis Howell, Junior Vice-Com- mander Waldo Rigal, Judge Advocate Welby Moore, Chaplain the founder of Mount Pulaski, Jabez Capps, the granddaughters present at the meeting were, Mrs. Paul V. Shelley (formerly Flor- ence Capps), of Wichita, Kans., and Mrs. Eugene Manes (former- ly Harriet Capps), of Mount Pul. aski. The grandson, Paul E.
