PULASKI PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT OF THE COUNTY OF LOGAN, STATE OF ILLINOISFOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2010 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2011 BE IT ORDAINED, that the Mt. Pulaski library Distdct of the county of Logan and State of Illinois shall levy a tax of .02% of the value of all taxable property within said District, for building and maintenance purposes,, subject to the right of'the electors in said District to petition and require an election concerning the imposition of such tax, pursuant to 75 ILCS 16135-5. .
