CONTEST JUDGING The contestants will be judged on their talent, beauty, poise and stage personality. Three out.of-town judges will choose five finalists from the sixteen en- trants, and their choices will be plac- ed in a sealed envelope, turned over to Austin W. Schaffenacker, treasurer of the Sil-Tennial Association, and will not be revealed until July 22. The five finalists will again be judged and one will be chosen to reign as the Sil-Tennial Queen and will be crowned by Governor Otto Kerner. Among other keepsakes, she will be presented a $25.00 Savings Bond and a Silver Memento.
