O I "Eats" Recently we were at the 12 th annual Illinois Food Products Exposition at the Orr building on the State Fair grounds. We were helping my son-in-law, Joe and Linda Jannazzo at their booth. They were set up to give samples of all the Onofrio's pasta sauces and their new prod- uct, Onofrio's Sweet Italian Salad Dressing that isn't on the market yet. After the taste test of the salad dressing, it was a big hit with the visi- tors and a lot of people purchased the product. When we first arrived, there were hundreds of cars. You could hardly find a place to park. We found out there was also a horse show which brought out a lot of people. At the exposition you could go around and sample all of the different products. There was also a wine and cheese booth. You did not have r to come home hungry. enters on the Lighter Side - We were in a restau- rant giving an order to a waiter, when we heard a tremendous crash from the kitchen. As the 0rne r sound of breaking glass died away I timidly asked, "What was that?" "That madam," replied the waiter calmly, "Was the sound of a job open- ing up."
