White, Sr. and Robin White, joined by their granddaughter Chloe White and James' twin sister, Denise White, hon- ored their son, a 2005 Wayne graduate, who was killed in Afghanistan on Aug. 11, 2006. He is remembered on Old Troy Pike (Ohio St. Rt. 202) with the designation of "US Army Private First Class James P. White Jr. "JP" Memorial Highway. State Ohio Senators Bill Beagle and Sena- tor Peggy Lehner were in attendance at ceremonies at the Huber Heights VFW. Also present were 30 members of the Patriot Guard. Attending ceremonies from Illinois were JP's sister April with son RJ; grandmother Janet White, and grandfather Ron Phipps. The dedication of the highway was March 21, 2015 ......
