Mellon is a high school teacher, Army officer, husband, and father. His wife is a marathon runner. His appearance at the recent local Democrats meeting convinced them that Rob Mellon is the best candidate in the primary. He addressed his main issues, such as infrastructure that will improve severe bridge and road conditions as well as provide employ- ment opportunities. Mr. Mellon is scheduled to visit Bill Gossett and Judy Busby on local radio station 96.3 FM May 27 at 8:15 am.
