After taking down several trees, and trimming several trees, the city decided that the only trees that would be con- sidered for removal would be if there were public safety issues. A tree in the south part of town might be a public safety issue and will be looked at. A fence issue between resi- dents will not be an issue the city will address. Mayor Fuhrer -Councilmembers John Utter- back and Joyce Maxheimer and Chief Freer have all been involved in looking over the sit- uation and concluded that the property owners involved will have to resolve the issue them- selves.
