Pulaski EMTs arrived to assist David quickly and members of Comland Fire Department. They are local caring volunteers from our com- munity. Although it seems like for- ever when you are waiting for an ambulance to arrive from Lincoln to .transport to Springfield, they too were much appreciated for their helpful service. Rick Aylesworth, our neighbor and friend, came immediately when called. His encouraging words helped to calm our emotions. David had outstanding care while a patient at Memorial Medical Center. The ER team was waiting for our arrival. The nursing staff on 6C Intensive Care Unit was abso- lutely marvelous in the care given to David and also to our entire family. G6 medical staff was great to all of us. We certainly need to recognize the heart physicians and surgeons. They along with prayers brought David through a critical medical crisis. We believe in the power of prayer. Prayers were being said across this country for David and our family. Through the challenging days we kept our faith and prayers were answereff. Numerous acts of kindness from our relatives and friends were deeply appreciated and will never be forgotten. Mary Jessup, our min- ister, was there beside us in this medical situation. The Theobald family wants to thank each of you for all of the acts of kindness and support given to us. You have touched our hearts.
