Certificate of Appreciation Awarded Scott B. Tate (Our writer of the Silk Road narratives) was awarded the certificate for the period February 23, 2009-2011. Scott was recognized for exceptional service with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Afghanistan District-North. The certificate states, "Mr. Tate has performed an out- standing job of managing the Michael Baker Inc. team of Schedulers and Data Manage- ment personnel for the past two years as wetl as perforra- ing the duties of a Senior Scheduler. Mr. Tate's leader- ship and experience (was) key to integrating both groups into the USACE efforts in a positive direction.
