MOUNT PULASKI ROTARY CLUB (est. 1936) is offering their annual Mt. Pulaski High School scholarships for qualified Nit. Pulaski graduating seniors who are planning to attend college. Students are urged to contact their head school coun- selor, Mrs. Nancy Baker, and/or access the application forms off the town's web- site: Scholarship applications are to be turned into Mrs. Baker at the MPHS counseling office by Friday, March 22. J TOPPER RED HATTERS: On The Go..., Sev- eral group members gathered for a lun- cheon-meeting Tuesday, February 19, in the Raspberry Room at Elwin.- Hostess Nancy Shanle made arrange- ments and furnished lovely gifts for each member present. A bag of delicious Valentine candies graced each place set- ring. Door prizes included a darling box holder for tissues was won by Linda Dier- ker and a crocheted box holding red roses was won by Shirley Haley. The diners enjoyed most of the meals. Waltstaff did an excellent job and described in full their lovely dessert array. I surprised my friend, Pat B., with a large slice of her "favorite pie, coconut cr me. Pat was not able to attend that day. Need- less to say, she thoroughly relished it. A good relaxing time with happy con- versation followed the luncheon meeting. March's meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 19; however, the time and place and co-hostesses had not been selected at press time. Each member will be notified when these selections have been made, We departed for home shortly thereaf- ter, happy and content with a lovely day spent in good company. Guests are always welcome.
