Pulaski as its "Best Tast- ing Water" at their 31st Annual Technical Conference in Effmgham. The IUinois Rural Water Association's "Best Tasting Water" Award is given to a water supply based on scoring by a panel of unbiased judges in a "double blind" water taste test. The City of Mt. Pulaski received a Certificate from the Illinois Rural Water Association and the City of Mt. Pulaski sent an entry to the National Rural Water Association's Annual Taste Test at their "Rural Water Rally" in Washington D.C.
