But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13 in the Bible is full of love passages. 1 Corinthians 7 is all about Marriage. There is so much adultery these days especially among the famous and pol- iticians. In the State Journal Register I have seen four wedding licenses and ten divorces. I know the grass always looks better on the other side. But is it? On the Lighter Side - Martha, a nurse, was working her first night at a. nursing home run by Catholic nuns. She was assigned Mr. _Ycncc's Jones known to be a difficult patient. She just couldn't persuade him to go to bed so she called a nun to help her. You know how nurses or nuns can say - "Now it's time to OI'l'lel take our medicine, or we should take an enema now, mustn't we?" In this case, the nun said, "It's time for us to go to bed." Without hesitation, Mr. Jones answered, "As sure as we do, we'll get caught." Food for Thought - Matt. 10:29-30 Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father, and even the very hairs of your head are all numbered, so don,t be afraid. You are worth more than many sparrows. P.S. My daughter, Kathie, visited her family in the area for a week. She flew in and out of St. Louis. We kept busy every day that she was here. $1,000 Agriculture Scholarships Farm Credit Services of Illi- nois will present twenty-three $1,000 "We Understand" Agri- culture Scholarships to current high school seniors.
