TItAFPIc WAS BLOCKED on South Washington street when the huge transport truck of Ray. mond Gee, loaded with shelled corn, was unable to negotiate the hill Friday morning follow. A storekeeper in a small town was standing in front of his shop one afternoon when he saw a car rolling slowly down the street. He noticed with horror that there was nobody in the driver's seat. He ran to the car, jumped in and Pulled back the emergency brake.
