PAGE[XTN Elkhart Wins County Tourney Fought It Out In Finals With katham Rabbits Elkhart won the 20th annual Logan County tournament for the second consecutive year by defeat-' ing Latham 29-17 at Lincoln Sat- urday night. With-the exception of the first field goal the Elkhart tea.n led hroughout the entire game. In ,the third quarter the Elldlart team stalled the ball for six of the eight minutes and neithe= team scored a point the entire quarter. Fitzgibbons, flashy Elkhart for- ward, was high man for the ev- ening in scoring with 16 points. In the class B title game Mid- dletown carried off the tIphy by virtue of thdr 39-30 win over At- lanta.
