After halftime, both clubs continued to match each other offensively, but the Hilltoppers still outscored the Honeybears 12 - 10. The Honeybears made a run during the fourth quar- ter, after a technical foul was assessed to a member of the Schlarman basketball team. Skylar Hayes made both of the free throws and made a quick field goal, which cut the deficit to five, but the Hilltoppers hit some timely baskets and held onto win 48 - 38. Skylar Hayes led all scor- ers with 26 points, including 4 of 5 from the free throw line. Ainsley Chandler made 5 points, including 1 three pointer. Abigail Fitz- patrick made 4 points' and Callie Anderson made a 3 point basket. "The ladies have performed very well this entire season".
